Research on the Treatment of Cutting Fluid Wastewater Using Dominant Bacteria Biofilm Method
In this study, dominant oil-degrading bacteria were utilized and attached to polyurethane sponge materials through a biofilm method for the direct treatment of cutting fluid wastewater.Using water quality analyzers, metallographic optical microscopy, and metagenomics analysis, the microbial biofilm formation process and degradation of oily wastewater were investigated. The microbial species distribution characteristics in the aerobic reactor after biofilm formation were analyzed as well. The results showed that on the 19th day,the dominant bacteria could successfully biofilm, and the degradation rates of COD,NH3-N,and TP could all reach about 60%after biofilm formation. The dominant species in the aerobic reaction equipment included nitrogen-fixing bacteria and adhesive bacteria, etc. There was a complex interaction between microbial communities and the environment, including metabolite exchange, metabolite production, and signal transmission.
