Research on the Hierarchical Evaluation Method of Enterprise Soil Environmental Risk Management Level
In order to better supervise and manage the investigation and rectification of soil and groundwater pollution hazards in enterprises,a quantitative method was proposed to evaluate the results of the investigation of soil and groundwater pollution hazards. The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Sensitivity Analysis Method were applied to select and calculate the evaluation indicators and weights for the level of soil environmental risk management in enterprises.A hierarchical evaluation method for the level of soil environmental risk management in enterprises was constructed, dividing it into three levels:high, medium, and low.The constructed evaluation method was then used to evaluate and validate the level of soil environmental risk management in five typical key regulatory enterprises. The results showed that this evaluation method considered the environmental risks of toxic and harmful substances, and it can be applied to the hierarchical classification management of soil and groundwater pollution hazards in different types of enterprises. This indicated that the constructed evaluation method was reasonable and reliable.
