自贡市碳排放评估和减污降碳能力分析

基于2008-2022年自贡市的碳排放和社会经济数据,采用优化的计算公式和方法,分析了自贡市碳排放的时空变化特征,明晰了自贡市碳排放强度的变化趋势,探讨了自贡市的碳中和分区,探究了自贡市的减污降碳能力。结果表明,2008-2022年自贡市的碳排放总量呈下降趋势,人均碳排放量各区县差异较大,地均碳排放量变化不大,碳排放强度呈下降趋势;将自贡市各区县划分为低碳发展区和高碳优化区两类;2008-2022年自贡市的减污降碳强度逐年下降,总体呈绿色发展趋势,清洁低碳程度高,减污降碳效果显著。
Carbon Emission Assessment and Pollution &Carbon Reduction Capacity Analysis of Zigong
Based on the carbon emission and socio-economic data of Zigong City from 2008 to 2022,this paper comprehensively and deeply analyzed the spatio-temporal variation characteristics of carbon emission using optimized calculation formulas and methods,clarified the change trend of carbon emission intensity,discussed the carbon neutralization zoning of Zigong City,and explored the capacity of pollution reduction and carbon reduction of Zigong City.The results showed that from 2008 to 2022,the total carbon emissions of Zigong City demonstrated an downward trend,the per capita carbon emissions were different among districts and counties,the per acreage carbon emissions did not change much,and the carbon emission intensity showed a downward trend as well.The districts and counties in Zigong were divided into two categories:low-carbon development area and high carbon optimization area.From 2008 to 2022,the intensity of pollution and carbon reduction in Zigong City declined year by year,showing an overall trend of green development with a high degree of clean and low carbon,and significant effect of pollution and carbon reduction.
