设计了一种面向乡村生活垃圾的智能垃圾渗滤液处理系统,该系统分为垃圾暂存区、渗滤液处理区和最终储存区三个模块,各模块采用模块化设计,并配备自动控制和智能传感设备。渗滤液处理区通过内外双层结构和螺旋叶片实现垃圾高效脱水。系统还设计了白天夜间时间模式,保证垃圾处理效率的同时并节约能源。通过源头减量和后续节能处理,系统可以有效减少渗滤液产生,为环境治理提供技术支持。
Design of an Intelligent Landfill Leachate Treatment System for Rural Domestic Refuse
This paper designed an intelligent leachate treatment system for rural domestic waste.The system was divided into three modules:garbage temporary storage area,leachate treatment area,and final storage area.Each module featured a modular design and was equipped with automatic control and intelligent sensing equipment.The leachate treatment area achieved efficient waste dehydration through an inner and outer double-layer structure and spiral blades.Additionally,the system was designed with daytime and nighttime modes to save energy while ensuring processing efficiency.By reducing waste at the source and employing energy-saving treatment methods,the system could effectively reduce leachate production and provide technical support for environmental governance.
