云南蓝果树嫩枝扦插繁殖试验

以1年生云南蓝果树幼树的嫩枝作插穗,试验了不同扦插基质、不同ABT1浓度和不同枝条部位对云南蓝果树嫩枝扦插生根的影响.结果表明,江沙基质对云南蓝果树插穗生根效果最好,能显著提高其生根效果,生根率最高达64%,生根数为8.0条;选用ABT1号500 mg/L处理穗条的生根率最高,比对照提高了7.5%;以带顶梢的插穗生根较好,与不带顶梢的插穗扦插的生根率、平均根长和生根数差异极显著;云南蓝果树嫩枝扦插以皮部生根为主,属于皮部生根类型.
Test on Cutting Propagation of Nyssa yunnanensis
Taking the soft cuttings from saplings of Nyssa yunnanensis as the materials,the influences of media,concentrations of ABT1 and position from which cuttings were collected on rooting were studied.The results showed that sand was the most promising media,the highest cutting ratio and root number were 64 % and 8 respectively.Using the ABT1 of 500 mg/L,the rooting ratio was 7.5 % higher than the control.The cuttings with tip shoot was the best type,significant differences were existing with other types of cuttings on rooting ratio,average root length and root number.It was found that the rooting of Nyssa yunnanensis occurred at cambium region.
