不同基质对台湾桤木容器苗生长的影响

以黄心土、塘泥、猪粪、沼渣为基质原料,设计7种不同基质处理,以纯土为对照,研究不同基质配方对台湾桤木的苗高、地径、地上部分干重、地下部分干重、叶面积、叶绿素相对含量的影响。结果表明,7种不同基质处理的苗高、地径、叶面积均显著高于对照, P4、 P6、 P1的地上部分干重显著高于对照, P6、 P4的地下部分干重显著高于对照, P1、 P7、 P2的叶绿素相对含量显著高于对照;通过隶属函数值综合评定8个不同基质配方对台湾桤木容器苗生长影响的排序为P4>P6>P5>P3>P1>P7>P2>CK。故最佳基质为黄心土70%+塘泥15%+猪粪10%+沼渣5% ( P4),其次为黄心土70%+塘泥5%+猪粪15%+沼渣10% ( P6)。
Effects of Different Base Materials on Growth of Container Seedlings of Alnus formosana
For studying the effects of different base materials on seedling height , ground diameter , above-ground dry weight, under-ground dry weight , leaf area and relative chlorophyll content of Alnus formosana, seven differ-ent treatments were designed by using yellow soil , pond sludge , pig manure and biogas residue as matrixes and pure soil as control .The results showed that seedling height , ground diameter and leaf area treated by seven dif-ferent base materials were all higher than those of control obviously .Above-ground dry weight treated by P4, P6 and P1 were higher than those of control obviously .Under-ground dry weight treated by P6 and P4 were higher than that of control obviously .The relative chlorophyll content treated by P 1, P7 and P2 were higher than that of control obviously .By comprehensive assessment of subordinate function values , eight different base materials were sorted by P4>P6>P5>P3>P1>P7>P2>CK.So, the best base material was P4 (70 % yellow soil+15 %pond sludge+10 %pig manure+5%biogas residue), followed by P6 (70%yellow soil+5%pond sludge+15 %pig manure+10 % biogas residue ) .
