为研究紫茎泽兰对桉树种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,采用温室实验法,测定紫茎泽兰与腐殖质的混合基质(分为1︰10、1︰20、1︰303个比例)对蓝桉、直干桉、史密斯桉3种桉树的化感作用影响。结果表明,(1)其对于蓝桉的综合影响均表现为促进作用,且随紫茎泽兰源物质的增加而增强,综合效应指数SEI介于0.150到0.296之间。(2)对于直杆桉则既有促进作用又有抑制作用,其中1︰10基质表现出抑制作用, SEI值为-0.148,而1︰20基质仅表现出轻微的促进作用, SEI值为0.00025,基本与对照持平,1︰30基质则表现出一定的促进作用, SEI值为0.174。(3)对史密斯桉的综合影响规律同样既有抑制作用又有促进作用,即1︰10及1︰20比例的基质均对史密斯桉表现出显著的抑制作用, SEI介于-0.898到-0.863之间,而1︰30基质则表现出促进作用, SEI为0.279。由此可见不同程度的紫茎泽兰源物质可以对桉树种子出苗及早期生长产生不同程度的抑制或促进作用。
Effects of Ageratina adenophora on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Eucalyptus spp
To research the influence of Ageratina adenophora on germination and seedling growth of Eucalyptus, the effect of Ageratina adenophora allelopathy on E. globulus , E. maideni, and Eucalyptus smithii were determined by using 3 different mixed matrix of Ageratina adenophora and humus (1︰10, 1︰20, and 1︰30) based on greenhouse experiment method, and the results showed: 1) their effects on E. globulus were promoting effect, and the synthesized effect index ( SEI) increased from 0. 150 to 0. 296 with the increase of Ageratina adenophora mate-rial; 2) they had both promoting effect and inhibiting effect on E. maideni, the 1︰10 matrix showed inhibition effect with the SEI of -0. 148 , the 1︰20 matrix only showed slight boost with the SEI of 0. 000 25 , the 1︰30 matrix showed a certain promoting effect with the SEI of 0. 174; 3 ) they also had promoting effect and inhibiting effect on E. smithii, 1 ︰10 and 1 ︰20 matrix showed significantly inhibitory effect with the SEI ranged from-0. 898 to -0. 863 , 1︰30 matrix showed promoting effect with the SEI of 0. 279 . This study showed that the dif-ferent degrees of Ageratina aenophora material could have different effects on germination and seedling growth of Eucalyptus spp. .
