昆明食用菌林下栽培现状及其发展对策

林下食用菌栽培是发展林下经济重要内容之一.通过种植基地样方调查和访谈等方法,以了解昆明食用菌林下栽培现状.结果表明:昆明食用菌林下栽培种类主要有榆黄蘑、香菇、大球盖菇、猪肚菌、长根菇、金耳、羊肚菌、灵芝、竹荪和双孢菇;种植地主要集中在盘龙区、西山区、嵩明县、晋宁县、宜良县、禄劝县和富民县;食用菌总的栽培面积约16hm2,其年产量约870t;昆明林下食用菌多以鲜品和粗加工的产品销售为主.针对昆明林下食用菌栽培所存在的结构不合理、分布不均、科技含量低、产品深加工不足、市场流通不畅等问题,提出政策扶持到位、加强科技支撑、培育市场品牌的发展对策.研究结果将为昆明市林下食用菌产业发展提供参考.
The Current Situation and Development Strategy of Edible Fungi Cultivation Understory in Kunming
Edible fungi cultivation is one key issue of Non-timber forest product economy development.In terms of field investigation and interview,we found that the main species of edible fungi planted in Kunming were Pleurotus citrinopileatus,P.ostreatus,Stropharia rugosoannulata,Panus gigianteus,Oudemansiella radicata,Tremella aurantialba,Morchella deliciosa,Ganoderma Lucidum,Dictyophora indusiata and Agaricus bisporus.Those product districts were Panlong,Xishan,Songming,Jinning,Yiliang,Luquan and Fumin.The total cultivation area was 16hm2 ,with the total yield of 870t.Some issues,such as unreasonalbe cultivation structure,low technology,immature market system,limited edible fungi industry development.To promote the edible fungi cultivation in forestland in Kunming,we should carry out policies related,strengthen Sci-tech support,foster market famous brand.These results will provide reference for edible fungi cultivation of wild in Kunming.
