巨尾桉、马占相思纯林及混交林土壤酚酸与酶活性的差异

以巨尾桉、马占相思纯林及两者混交林为研究对象,在上述3种林分中分别采集根区和林间土壤,测定林地土壤中对羟基苯甲酸、香草酸、苯甲酸、阿魏酸、肉桂酸含量、pH值、酶活性,研究土壤酚酸物质与土壤pH值、酶活性之间的相互关系,进一步探讨巨尾桉人工林土壤酚酸物质分布的特征及其影响因子.结果表明:(1)土壤酚酸含量表现为根区土高于林间土,酚酸物质主要分布于根区周围,并随着土壤加深含量降低;巨尾桉纯林林间土和根区土酚酸含量皆较马占相思纯林含量高,混交林中除马占相思根区土壤酚酸含量较马占相思纯林高外,其他位置均低于纯林;(2)各林分土壤酚酸均表现为香草酸含量最高,肉桂酸最低,且仅在根区土中测出肉桂酸,对羟基苯甲酸含量在非根区和根区均以巨尾桉纯林最高;(3)3个土壤酶活性的变化较为复杂,脲酶活性在混交林林间0~20cm土层最高,酸性磷酸酶活性在巨尾桉纯林根区土中最高,多酚氧化酶活性则在马占相思纯林根区土中最高;(4)各林分中酚酸物质含量均与土壤pH值呈显著负相关,与脲酶、多酚氧化酶活性相关性均不显著,与酸性磷酸酶活性皆呈正相关,其中与对羟基苯甲酸和香草酸的相关系数较高,但未达到显著水平.
Dynamic of Soil Phenolic Acids and Enzyme Activities in Pure and MixedStands of Eucalyptus grandis×Europhylla and Acacia mangium Plantation
The distribution characteristics of soil enzyme activities,pH and phenolic acids including p-hydroxybenzoic acid,vanillic acid,benzoic acid,ferulic acid and cinnamic acid,as well as the relations between phenolic acids and enzyme activities,pH were studied in the pure and mixed stands of Eucalyptus grandis×E.urophylla and Acacia mangium plantation.The results were as follows:(1)The contents of soil phenolic acids were higher in root zone than those in forest field soil,which implied the phenolic acids were mainly distributed around root zone and declined with the increase of the soil depth.In the pure forests,the contents of phenolic acids in both root zone and field soil in Eucalyptus grandis×E.urophylla were higher than those in Acacia mangium forest,while they were lower in mixed forest than those in pure forest except being higher in root zone of Acacia mangium in mixed forest than those in pure Acacia mangium stand.(2)In the three types of forest,the contents of vanillic acid were the highest while cinnamic acid were the lowest,especially,just were detectable in root zone.The highest contents of p-hydroxybenzoic acid were detected in both root zone and field soil in Eucalyptus grandis×E.urophylla pure plantation.(3)The changes of three soil enzyme activities were complicated to some extent,but the activities of urease,phosphatase,and polyphenol oxidase performed best,respectively,in 0~20cm depth of non-root zone in mixed forest,in root zone in pure Eucalyptus grandis×E.urophylla plantation,and in root zone in pure Acacia mangium plantation.(4)In the above three stands,the contents of phenolic acids showed the significant negative correlation with pH value,but non-significant correlation with urease and polyphenol oxidase activities.The contents of phenolic acids presented positive correlations with phosphatase activity,among which,p-hydroxybenzoic acid and vanillic acid showed higher and not significant related coefficients with the contents of phenolic acids.
