菜阳河柿发现于20世纪90年代末,最早记载于2003出版的《菜阳河自然保护区》专著.因分布区狭窄,数量稀少,于2009年被确定为云南省62个极小种群植物物种之一.但作为新类群,菜阳河柿一直未进行合格发表.本文根据采到的标本对菜阳河柿进行分类学研究,确定其为美脉柿(Diospyros caloneura C.Y.Wu)一新变种——Diospyros caloneura C.Y.Wu var.caiyangheenesis F.Du et X.W.Zhao.与原种的主要区别在于菜阳河柿雌花序梗长达4cm,雄花序梗长4-9mm,雌花退化雄蕊8枚,雄花苞片长达8mm,果实略扁,直径1.5-2cm.根据调查及访谈,对菜阳河柿的濒危因素进行了讨论.
Diospyros caloneura C.Y.Wu var.caiyangheenesis F.Du et X.W.Zhao, an Extremely Small Population Plant Species in Yunnan Province
Diospyros caloneura C.Y.Wu var.caiyangheenesis F.Du et X.W.Zhao was found in 1990s, and firstly reported in the book of Caiyanghe Nature Reserve(2003).For its narrow distribution area and rare numbers, it was determined as one of the 62 extremely small population plant species in Yunnan Province in 2009.But it was not validly published as a new taxon.In this paper, the collected specimens were taxonomic studied.Diospyros caloneura C.Y.Wu var.caiyangheenesis F.Du et X.W.Zhao was determined as a new variety of Diospyros caloneura C.Y.Wu.The new variety differs from Diospyros caloneura C.Y.Wu by the characteristics of the male peduncles' length 4-9mm, female peduncles' length to 4cm, the bracts of male flowers length to 8mm, the female flowers have 8 staminodes, fruits slightly oblate and 1.5-2cm in diam.
