纳米涂料对密集烤房烘烤性能及烟叶质量的影响

研究纳米材料涂抹密集烤房装烟室和加热室内壁对烤房烘烤性能和烟叶质量的影响,为烘烤环境的优化和完善提供理论依据.结果表明:密集烤房的装烟室和加热室内壁涂抹纳米涂料后,烤房内垂直和平面温差分别降低1.5℃和1.7℃,缩短烘烤时间15 h,降低烘烤能耗0.32元/kg,提高烤后烟叶上、中等烟叶质量6.2%,均价提高了1.03 元/kg,并且明显地改善了上部烟叶外观质量.
Effects of Nanometer Paint on the Curing Capability of Bulk Curing Barn and Quality of Tobacco Leaves
This paper made a study on the influence of nanometer material on the curing performance and quality of cured tobacco leave when it was painted on the internal wall of loading room and hearting room of bulk curing barn in order to provide theoretical basis for optimization and perfection of curing technology.The result showed that after the internal wall of loading room and heating room was coated with nanometer material, the vertical and plane temperature difference were reduced by 1.5 ℃ and 1.7 ℃respectively, curing time was shortened 15 h, saving energy cost of 0.32 yuan/kg; rate of superior and middle grade c.ured tobacco leaves was increased by 6.2% , increasing average sales price by 1.03 yuan/kg.Meanwhile, the appearance quality of cured tobacco leaves was obviously improved.
