以云南省普洱市江城县西番莲种植常规施肥水平为对照,以西番莲果渣发酵生产的有机肥为基肥,研究西番莲果渣有机肥对西番莲生长发育、品质和产量的影响.结果表明,西番莲果渣有机肥能够促进西番莲纵、横径生长从而促进西番莲果实生长发育;西番莲果渣有机肥,特别是添加过微生物菌剂的西番莲有机肥(生物有机肥)能够显著提高西番莲果汁的维生素C的含量(P<0.05),不会降低西番莲果汁的可溶性同形物和总糖的含量,降低西番莲果汁的有机酸总量,提高西番莲果汁的品质;添加过微生物菌剂的西番莲有机肥(生物有机肥)处理(处理A和B)能显著提高西番莲的单产(P<0.05),处理A和B的产量分别比CK提高25.0%和33.9%.
Effects of Passion Fruit Marc Organic Fertilizer on the Growth,Development, Quality and Yield of Passion Fruit
Impacts of passion fruit marc organic fertilizer on the growth,development,quality and yield of passion fruit were studied and compared.The local conventional fertilization level in Jiangcheng County,Puer City,Yunnan Province was as control (CK),and passion fruit marc organic fertilizer was as basal fertilizer.The results showed that passion fruit marc organic fertilizer could promote the passion growth of longitudinal and transverse diameter; passion fruit marc organic fertilizer could significantly improve vitamin C content of the passion fruit juice (P < 0.05),reduce the total organic acid of passion fruit juice to improve the quality of passion fruit juice; bio-organic fertilizer of passion fruit marc organic fertilizer (treatment A and B) could significantly enhance the yield of passion fruit ( P < 0.05 ),compared with CK,the yields of output treatment of A and B were increased by 25.0% and 33.9%,respectively.
