防治软腐病的魔芋内生细菌的筛选与鉴定

本研究采用相似生境分离方法分离魔芋内生细菌后经室内平板初筛、温室复筛试验筛选获得对魔芋软腐病具有良好防治效果的生防菌.研究共分离出127株内生细菌,经过多重筛选后获得3株抑菌效果较好的生防菌(M3,M2,1-7).经培养性状、菌落形态观察、生理生化特性分析(Biolog系统)和16S rDNA序列分析等方法,将M3,M2,1-7分别鉴定为:枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)、解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)和成团泛生菌(Pantoea agglomerans).这是将寄主植物内生细菌作为生防菌防治该病害的首次报道.
The Screening and Identification of Endophytic Bacteria of Amorphophallus konjac against Erwinia carotovora var.carotovora
In this study,127 endophytic bacteria of konjac were isolated by similar habitat separation method.Three strains (M3,M2,1-7) were screened out for control the soft rot of Amorphophallus konjac by plate screening test and greenhouse rescreening test.The bacteria strains M3,M2,1-7 were identified as Bacilus subtilis,Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and Pantoea agglomerans respectively,according to the characters of cultural colonies,morphological observation,biochemical and physiological identification (Biolog carbon source utilization analysis),16S rDNA sequences analysis.This is the first report of use host plant endophytic bacteria as biocontrol agents to control the disease.
