引自CIP的马铃薯新品系的光周期敏感性评价

[目的]为筛选对光周期反应较为钝感,适应云南不同种植季节的马铃薯品系。[方法]在室内对12份来自国际马铃薯中心的高代品系进行不同光照时间(8 h/16 h)的处理,结合主成分分析方法,对新品系的光周期敏感性进行综合评价。在此基础上,以云南广泛种植的马铃薯品种‘合作88’为对照,对参试品系在云南省双江县、建水县和昆明市分别进行了冬作、早春作和大春作的田间评价。[结果]引进的马铃薯品系不同性状对光周期反应敏感程度存在差异,其中单株薯重>匍匐茎数>单株结薯数>匍匐茎长>株高>匍匐茎重>茎叶鲜重>分枝。各引进品系间存在一定程度的光周期敏感性差异,D11、D102、D100和D158对光周期的敏感性相对较强,D14、D48、D9、和D71对光周期反应相对钝感。筛选到在双江、建水、昆明均表现增产的品系D71、D48和D14。[结论]品系D71、D48和D14在昆明、建水和双江产量均表现较好且光周期敏感性相对钝感,在生产和性状改良方面均有较大应用价值。室内光周期敏感性综合得分与田间产量稳定性评价指标之间相关性较好,表明光周期敏感性的室内综合评分可为参试品系的适应性评价提供一定的参考信息。
Evaluation of Photoperiod Sensitivity of Introduced Potato New Lines from International Potato Center
[Purpose] The aim of this study was to enrich the germplasm resources of superior potato with low sensitivity to photoperiod and strong adaptability to the environments in various cropping seasons in Yunnan.[Methods] Twelve accessions from International Potato Center were cuhivated in laboratory during different lighting time (8 hours and 16 hours) to evaluate photoperiod sensitivity with principal components analysis method.On the basic of photoperiod sensitivity evaluation,the accessions were employed to evaluate the adaptability at Shuangjiang,Jianshui and Kunming in Yunnan Province.[Results] The photoperiod sensitivity to various traits was different.Among them,the weight of tubers > the number of stolons > the number of tubers > the length of stolons > plant height > the weight of stolons > the weight of stems and leaves > branch.Photoperiod sensitivities of these accessions were also different,D11,D102,D100 and D158 were relatively more sensitive to photoperiod,whereas the D14,148,D9,and D71 were relatively less sensitive.And D71,D48 and D14 were screened as yield increasing accessions in all three test point.[Conclusion] Three accessions,D71,D48 and D14,which were less sensitive to photoperiod and had superior production performance in Shuangjiang,Kunming and Jianshui,could be useful germplasm in production and character improvement.Correlation analysis indicated that photoperiod sensitivity score could provide reference information for adaptability evaluation.
