辣木天然絮凝剂提取工艺研究初报

报道辣木天然絮凝剂提取工艺研究的初歩结果:用超临界CO2流体萃取技术对辣木种子进行脱脂处理,获取优质脱脂粉;用真空浸提,薄膜蒸发浓缩,凝胶层析与膜分离纯化,真空冷冻干燥等工艺,制备出天然絮凝剂;试验样品贮存24个月,固体絮凝剂的絮凝率>91%,液态絮凝剂的絮凝率>85%。
Preliminary Report on Extraction Technology of Bio-Flocculant From Moringa oleifera
The initial results from study on flocculant producing of Moringa oleifera are reported. The seed of Moringa oleifera is degreased through SFE-CO2(Supercritical Fluid Extraction) to obtain quality non-fatty seedcake. Bio-flocculant is then pre-pared by vacuum extraction, evaporation and concentration of film, gel chromatography, separation and purification of film and freeze drying. After stored the sample for 24 months, the flocculation rate is above 91 percent for solid flocculant and 85 percent for the liquid.
