澳洲坚果'迪思1号'是由云南迪思企业集团坚果有限公司通过实生选种选育出的品种,具有高产、优质、抗逆性强等特点,文章对澳洲坚果'迪思1号'主要性状进行了调查研究.结果表明:'迪思1号'5年生植株青皮果产量10.56 kg/株,平均单果重21.6 g,壳果鲜重10.9 g,果仁重3.4 g,出种率50.87%,出仁率39.08%.'迪思1号'可溶性糖含量为5.31%,比'O.C'(对照)低15.58%;粗脂肪含量为71.45 g/100 g,比'O.C'高2.95%;蛋白质含量为11.15 g/100 g,比'O.C'低4.70%;碳水化合物含量为15.95%,比'O.C'低1.24%;矿物质含量中,'迪思1号'钾、铁、锌含量分别为4.23 g/kg、118.00 mg/kg、20.07 mg/kg,高于'O.C',钙、镁含量分别为为 0.95、1.01 g/kg,低于'O.C'.'迪思1号'在表型性状及品质方面均具有一定的优势,可用于种质资源的保存、改良和种植推广.
Preliminary Report of the Major Traits for Macadamia cv.Disi 1
The macadamia cv.Disi 1 was selected from seedlings by Yunnan Disi Group Nut Co.,Ltd.through years of exper-imentation.It is of high yield,excellent quality,and strong stress resistance.This study investigates the major fruit traits and kernel nutrient content of Disi 1.The results indicated that the average fresh fruit yield of 5-year-old Disi 1 trees was 10.56 kg per plant,with an average fresh fruit weight of 21.6 g,an average fresh fruit shell weight of 10.9 g,and an aver-age kernel weight of 3.4 g.The seed yield rate was 50.87%,and the kernel yield rate was 39.08%.The soluble sugar con-tent of Disi 1 was 5.31%,which was 15.58%lower than that of O.C(CK).The content of crude fat was 71.45 g/100 g,2.95%higher than that of CK.The content of protein was 11.15 g/100 g,4.70%lower than that of O.C.The content of car-bohydrate was 15.95%,1.24%lower than that of O.C.In terms of mineral content,Disi 1 has potassium,iron,and zinc con-tents of 4.23 g/kg,118.00 mg/kg,and 20.07 mg/kg,respectively,which are higher than O.C,the calcium and magnesium contents are 0.95 and 1.01 g/kg,respectively,which are lower than O.C.Disi 1 has certain advantages in both phenotypic trait and fruit quality,can be used as conservation of germplasm resources,amelioration and planting cultivar.
