摘要

以云南田野橡胶销售有限责任公司开割的云研77-4为研究对象,取胶样测定胶乳蔗糖、无机磷、硫醇和总固形物含量并分析参数分布特征.结果表明,三倍体橡胶树云研77-4胶乳生理参数的分布与二倍体的一样,呈正态分布.其总固形物含量平均值为34.64%,在35%~48%的范围内分布较集中;硫醇含量平均值为0.37 mM,在0.2~0.5 mM的范围内分布较集中;无机磷含量平均值21.52 mM,在15~25 mM的范围内较集中;蔗糖含量平均值14.64 mM,在15~20 mM的范围内较集中.胶乳生理诊断结果表明,该开割胶园整体采胶强度过高,建议调整采胶强度.

Abstract

Yunyan 77-4 cut by Yunnan Tianye Rubber Sales company was taken as the research object,and the contents of la-tex sucrose,inorganic phosphorus,mercaptan and total solids were determined,and the distribution characteristics of these four physiological parameters were analyzed.The results showed that the distribution of physiological parameters of the triploid rubber tree Yunyan 77-4 latex was the same as that of the diploid,which was normally distributed.The average val-ue of total solid content was 34.64%,which was concentrated in the range of 35%~48%.The average mercaptan content was 0.37 mM,which was concentrated in the range of 0.2~0.5 mM.The average inorganic phosphorus content was 21.52 mM,which was concentrated in the range of 15~25 mM.The average sucrose content was 14.64 mM,which was concen-trated in the range of 15~20 mM.The results of physiological diagnosis of latex showed that the overall rubber mining in-tensity of the rubber tapping garden was too high,and it was recommended to adjust the rubber mining intensity.
