论汉语国际教育专业教师与学生对动机教学策略认知的不对称性?

摘要
文章通过问卷对比了60位即将赴海外任教的汉语国际教育专业硕士与80名汉语第二语言学习者对“动机教学策略”重要性的认识,根据 T 检验结果重点分析了两组被试对教学方法和专业知识等相关动机策略的不同重视程度及认识差异。在此调查基础上,文章进一步探讨了汉语国际教育专业硕士在走上汉语第二语言教学岗位时所应具备的基本素质和教学意识,同时为该专业的研究生培养工作和相关汉语师资培训工作提出了若干建议。
Abstract
This study analyzes the perceptions of some Chinese-language learners and would-be teachers on the importance of motivational teaching strategies,based on a questionnaire survey of 80 international Chinese-learning students and 60 TCSOL postgraduates who are going to teach abroad. The results indicate that the two groups have different opinions on the importance of certain strategies related to their professional knowledge and specific teaching methods.Based on the research results, this paper puts forward some suggestions to these would-be teachers and relevant teacher trainers re-garding how to enhance their motivational teaching awareness.
