摘要
新时代推动国际中文教育高质量发展,发挥好中文服务世界的职能,已经成为新的重要时代课题.从"音义语言"到"文字语言"时代是人类文明史上的一个飞跃,中国语言文字在这个过程中有着独特的优势.从"引进来"的"对外汉语教学"到"走出去"的"汉语国际教学",再到"国际中文教育",标志着国家文化教育与国际传播真正开始转向中华文化自信自强的新时代.数智时代,发挥好中文高质量服务世界的功效,要求我们深入理解"中文"的价值意蕴.立足中文,构建中国特色的文字语言学学术体系;改革国际中文教育人才培养课程体系;打造适应国际中文教育需要的教材教法.守正创新,做好中文学科建设和人才培养,才能更好担负起向世界传播中华民族通用语言文字的使命,真正弘扬中华优秀传统文化,赢得世界话语权.
Abstract
The new era has promoted the high-quality development of international Chinese education while giving full play of the role of the Chinese language in serving the world has become a historic mission of great significance.The transformation from the era of the"phonosemantic language"to that of the"written language"is a great progress in the history of human civilization,during which the Chinese language(both orally and in written form)has its unique advantages.The shift from the"teaching Chinese as a foreign language"borrowed from abroad to the going-out strategy for the"in-ternational Chinese language teaching"and then to the"international promotion of the Chinese lan-guage education"indicates the beginning of a new era of our cultural education and the international popularity of our cultural confidence and self-improvement.In the digital and intelligent age,giving full play of the role of the Chinese language in serving the world relies on our deep understanding of the implicit value of"the Chinese language"on which we can construct the academic system of gram-matology with Chinese characteristics,reform the curriculums for the training of talents in interna-tional Chinese education,and produce the textbooks and teaching methods that can satisfy the needs of international Chinese education.Upholding the fundamental principles and making innovations in the disciplinary construction of the Chinese language and personnel training can better carry out the mission of popularizing the common Chinese language(both orally and in written form)all over the world,and promote the fine traditional culture of the Chinese nation,and win the power of discourse in the world.
