摘要

微认证是教育数字化转型过程中涌现出的一种灵活的、创新的、可替代的认证方式.以能力和证据为导向的微认证,能够助力国际中文教师数字素养的涵育.区块链的分布式结构具有不可篡改性的特点,恰能为微认证提供学习过程的证据支持.因此,本研究以循证思想为指引,将区块链技术与微认证深度融合,架构国际中文教师数字素养微认证系统,为教师数字素养的提升添薪蓄能.首先,文章立足当前国际中文教师数字素养现状,阐述了借助区块链技术进行微认证的必要性;其次,文章从认证规范开发、系统架构设计等方面梳理了区块链技术支持的国际中文教师数字素养微认证系统构建思路;最后,文章探讨了国际中文教师数字素养微认证的发展进路,以期助力国际中文教师数字化转型.

Abstract

Micro-credentialing is a flexible,innovative,and alternative approach to certification emerging from the digital transformation of education.Micro-certification,which is competence-and evidence-oriented,can help international Chinese language teachers cultivate digital literacy.The distributed structure of block-chain,which is characterized by its non-tamperability,can precisely provide evidence support of the learning process for micro-certification.Therefore,guided by evidence-based thinking,this paper integrates blockchain technology with micro-authentication to build a micro-authentication system for international Chinese language teachers'digital literacy so as to enhance their digital literacy.Firstly,based on the current situation of inter-national Chinese language teachers'digital literacy,the paper explains the necessity of micro-certification with the help of blockchain technology;secondly,it clarifies the idea of building a blockchain technology-supported micro-certification system for international Chinese language teachers'digital literacy in terms of the develop-ment of certification specifications and the design of the system architecture;lastly,it discusses the develop-ment of micro-certification of international Chinese language teachers'digital literacy with the aim of helping the digital transformation of international Chinese language teachers.
