Against the background of the continuous implementation of the"Two Corridors and One Economic Circle"plan and the China-Vietnam joint construction of the China-Vietnam community of a shared future with much strategic significance,China and Vietnam have carried out a number of cooperation in business services,digital economy,processing and manufacturing technologies.The de-mand for talented people with"Chinese+vocational skills"is increasing.Through a field research,questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews,it is found that the growing market demand for"Chi-nese+vocational skills"talented people in Vietnam finds expression mainly in the service industry,manufacturing industry,financial industry,information technology and other fields.In view of the current demand,the disparity between the program of"Chinese+vocational skills"in Vietnam and the needs of Vietnam's social and economic development,and the problems such as"four deficiencies"in"Chinese+vocational skills"education,this paper sets up a framework for training"Chinese+vocational skills"talented people in Vietnam and proposes specific training approaches which will help the construction of the China-Vietnam community with a shared future.
