The value-based ecosystem construction of language promotion institutions is an effective way to promote the development of language promotion institutions and realize the value of interna-tional language communication.The relevant research has found that the establishment and develop-ment of different language promotion institutions reflect the historical situations of the international community in different periods.Language promotion institutions at different stages of development ex-hibit the characteristics of synchronic convergence and diachronic differences in their development process.The macro-policy orientation of the government has an impact on the development process of language promotion institutions.The macro-policy orientation is not only a positive response to the global integration and a diverse world pattern,but also an effective realization approach to the goal of cultural diversity and internationalization,promoting the construction of the value-based ecosystem of international language communication.In the new era,the development goal of a global community with a shared future for mankind requires language promotion institutions to have the attributes of symbiosis,sharing,mutual benefit and interoperability of the value-based ecosystem.The value-based ecosystem construction of language promotion institutions should follow the path of value creation,value transformation and value sharing.In the construction of the value-based ecosystem,various stakeholders work together to create,transform and share value through three major paths,promoting interconnectivity,symbiosis,win-win,and sustainable development within the international language promotion system.
