探求不确定中的确定:数字全球化时代的文明转型与教育变革
A Study of Certainty in Uncertainty:The Transformation of Civilization and the Reform of Education in the Age of Digital Globalization

当前,人类社会正在进入数字全球化时代.数字全球化本身所蕴含的"不确定性"在教育领域中呈现,推动教育系统的运转也被迫陷入一种不确定性情境之中,并与教育本身的"确定性"形成巨大的张力.随之而来的是教育面临信仰、知识、城乡教育公平以及主体等方面的诸多挑战,这些挑战对当前的教育秩序和治理体系造成了一定程度的威胁.因此,需要以时代为观照,以不确定性为导向,对当下的各种教育挑战进行重新思考,并系统性地提出应对举措:坚守立德树人根本任务,基于人文教育思想夯实教育信仰根基;基于教育数字化转型加快推进城乡教育一体化,促进教育公平;基于有意义的学习构建新型知识观,实现知识的"有-用"结合;回到教育原点,重新认识和思考"人".
Abstract
Currently,human society has entered the era of digital globalization.The"uncertainty"inherent in digital globalization finds expression in the field of education,forcing the operation of the education system into a situation of uncertainty and creating great tension with the"certainty"of edu-cation itself.With this,education faces a number of challenges in terms of beliefs,knowledge,urban and rural educational equity,and the subject of education,all of which have posed some threats to the current educational order and governance system.Therefore,it is necessary to rethink the various challenges of education in the current era and systematically put forward a number of initiatives to cope with the challenges of education,i.e.,adhering to the fundamental task of establishing a good moral character and strengthening the foundation of educational beliefs on the basis of the idea of hu-manistic education;accelerating the educational integration of urban and rural areas on the basis of the digital transformation of education to promote educational fairness;constructing a new concept of knowledge on the basis of meaningful learning and realizing the combination of acquisition and use of knowledge;going back to the original point of education and rethinking and understanding the"hu-man being".
