Theoretical Thinking and Policy Analysis on the Construction of a Society of Shared Prosperity
"Promoting shared prosperity in high-quality development"has been both the main task of realizing Chinese-style modernization and a key conceptual foundation for building a society of shared prosperity since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.From the perspective of policy norms and institutional construction,the mechanism for the third allocation will be estab-lished and an olive-shaped social distribution structure will be constructed as the institutional guaran-tee for a fair and just social system for achieving shared prosperity.Focusing on the social construc-tion for people's livelihood improvement and shared prosperity poses new challenges to the theoretical research on social welfare and social policies.To learn from the theories and policy thinking on social policies for development,to explore the theoretical and policy basis for the construction of a society of shared prosperity,to prevent the biased"shared prosperity"through social wealth redistribution un-derstood as"equal wealth between the rich and the poor",and to promote shared prosperity through comprehensive social development should become the basic components for the theoretical thinking and policy exploration for building a society of shared prosperity.
