The Impact of Network-Oriented Dual Innovation on Sustainable Entrepreneurial Performance
Sustainable entrepreneurship is an inevitable development trend of enterprises in the fu-ture,and its development process is influenced by dual innovation and various network relationships of enterprises.Based on the theories of organizational duality and social network, this paper selects the panel data of ICT industrial enterprises from 2010 to 2021 to explore the impact of exploratory in-novation and exploitative innovation on the sustainable entrepreneurial performance and the modera-ting role of network orientation. The study has the following conclusions:(1)exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation positively affect the enterprises'sustainable entrepreneurial performance;(2)the network-based director position has a negative moderating effect on the enterprises'exploita-tive innovation and sustainable entrepreneurial performance, while it has no moderating effect on the relationship between exploratory innovation and sustainable entrepreneurial performance;(3)interna-tional network embeddedness has a negative moderating effect on the enterprises'exploratory innova-tion and exploitative innovation positively affecting sustainable entrepreneurial performance;(4)local network embeddedness has a negative moderating effect on the positive impact of the enterprises'ex-ploratory and exploitative innovation on sustainable entrepreneurial performance. The findings of the study further expand the perspective of sustainable entrepreneurship research and improve the internal logic between director network, international network, local network and dual innovation as well as sustainable entrepreneurial performance.
