Rural Teachers'Occupational Anxieties against the Background of Digital Transformation and Possible Solutions
Digital transformation is a necessary preparation and approach for equal education and the realization of lifelong learning for all,but at the same time it will also induce some professional anxie-ties of the rural teachers in China.Against the background of digital transformation,the manifesta-tions of the rural teachers'occupational anxieties mainly include four aspects.First,the rural teach-ers are under greater pressure to adapt to digitalization,and the phenomenon of technological rejection is obvious.Second,it is difficult to integrate human and computer,and the social relations of these rural teachers are facing a crisis of unbalanced development.Third,high-quality digital resources are scarce,and their income structure lacks a reasonable guarantee.Fourth,non-teaching tasks are heav-y,and these teachers have heavy workloads.Against the background of digital transformation,the causes of the rural teachers'occupational anxieties mainly involve four aspects:policy support,school governance,teaching environment and technological perception.The solutions include the following:it is necessary to improve the mechanism for safeguarding their rights and interests,construct a rural teacher development system oriented towards digital innovation,optimize the experience of their di-verse social identities on the basis of the new digital governance space,create a digital resource-sha-ring big data platform to promote their technological adaptation,reconstruct their working time and space,and give reasonable concern over the time-related ethics based on teaching order.
