阿尔巴尼亚国际中文教育发展的影响因素、现状与前景

摘要
国际中文教育在阿尔巴尼亚的发展对我国"一带一路"建设有着重要意义.文章以大量权威数据为基础阐述了阿尔巴尼亚的社会经济、教育状况、外语教育政策等影响中文教育在阿尔巴尼亚发展的主要本土因素,探讨了中文教育在阿尔巴尼亚的发展前景.中文在阿尔巴尼亚的梯队化外语教育中尚处于较低的位置,必须通过加强中阿教育领域的交流合作提升中文的地位,使其成为与法语、德语、意大利语、土耳其语地位相同的第二外语选修课,才有可能进入国民教育考试体系,甚至双语教育体系,以确保中文教育的可持续发展.
Abstract
The development of international Chinese language education in Albania is of great signifi-cance to the implementation of the"Belt and Road"Initiative.Based on substantial data from authori-tative sources,the paper elaborates such major local factors influencing the ICE development as the social economy,education and foreign language education policy among others,and explores the pros-pects of ICE wherein.It is argued that the Chinese language,hierarchically low in Albania's foreign language education,must be promoted,through intensified Sino-Albania educational exchange and co-operation,to the status of the second elective foreign language parallel to French,German,Italian and Turkish,to be listed in its national examinations,and further to be part of its bilingual education so as to ensure ICE sustainable development.
