教育家精神是新时代教师队伍建设的价值追求和精神动力.教育家精神的弘扬需要教师的不懈努力和积极作为.在新的时代背景下,教师职业伦理发生了很大变化:"神圣性"与"世俗性"的摇摆,导致教师教育信仰的偏差;"个体责任"与"群体责任"的割裂,导致教师伦理责任的规避.培育教育家精神是破解教师伦理困境的必然选择,以教育家精神优化教师教育体系建设,有助于培养一支卓越的教育家型教师队伍.教育家精神是教师教育建设的精神标尺,它有助于培育志业精神,引导教师成为"教育者";倡导以学生为本,鼓励教师成为"好教师";强化爱国精神,支持教师成为"弘道者".新时代弘扬教育家精神是建设高质量教师教育的迫切需求,应以培育教育家型教师为目标,实现典范引领与群体培育的同步推进;以中华民族传统师道文化丰富教师教育内容;创新融入教育家精神的教师评价体系,形成良性的教育生态.
What Can Be Done and What Should Be Done in Teacher Education:The Spirit of the Educator as the Spiritual Foundation of the Development of Teacher Education in the New Era
The spirit of the educator is the value pursuit and spiritual driving force for the develop-ment of the teaching team in the new era.The promotion of the spirit of the educator requires the un-remitting efforts and positive actions of teachers.In the new era,there have been significant changes in the professional ethics of teachers:the oscillation between"sacredness"and"worldliness"has led to deviations in the teachers'educational beliefs;the rift between"individual responsibility"and"col-lective responsibility"has led to the evasion of teachers'ethical responsibilities.Cultivating the spirit of the educator is an inevitable choice to solve the ethical dilemma of teachers.Optimizing the system of teacher education with the spirit of the educator is conducive to cultivating an outstanding team of educator-type teachers.The spirit of the educator is the spiritual benchmark for the development of teacher education,which helps to cultivate professional dedication and guide teachers to become"edu-cators".It also advocates the"student-centered approach",encouraging teachers to become"qualified teachers",and it emphasizes patriotism,encouraging teachers to become"devoted to teaching of vir-tues".Promoting the spirit of the educator in the new era is an urgent need for the development of high-quality teacher education.Aimed at cultivating educator-type teachers,it is necessary to achieve synchronous advancement of exemplary leadership and group cultivation by enriching the implications of teacher education with the traditional Chinese teacher culture and innovatively integrating the evalu-ation system of teachers with the spirit of the educator to form a virtuous educational ecosystem.
