A goal-oriented political party is a new political party form and theoretical discourse extracted and developed from Marxist political party theory.It is a type of political party guided by Marxism with the ultimate goal of achieving human liberation.It constructs a multi-level goal system,establishes multi-dimensional mission contracts,implements medium and long-term development plans,and continuously promotes the achievement of goals.As a goal-oriented political party,the CPC consistently guides China's development and governance with objectives embodying people-centricity,systematic approach,gradual progress,problem-solving orientation,and achievability.Throughout China's revolution,construction,and reform,the CPC has consistently led social change through self-revolution.It has continually developed leadership and state institutional systems,built and enhanced a socialist governance system with government-market-society coordination,and purposefully advanced Chinese modernization in a systematic manner,gradually achieving multi-level and multi-dimensional goals.
