State Development Impetus:Conceptual Exploration and Theoretical Research
The state development impetus can be categorized into two major types:the continuity impetus and the driving impetus. The former refers to the sustaining power and the active power of state development, while the latter consists of structural factors such as the productivity power, the development power, and the innovation power. These factors contribute to three key structures of state development impetus:the structure of state development impetus with the productivity power as the core driving impetus, the structure of state development impetus with the development power as the core driving impetus, and the structure of state development impetus with the innovation power as the core driving impetus. The three structures of state development impetus ultimately determine the three types of state development:the productivity-driven state, the development-driven state, and the innovation-driven state, which also represent different stages of state development. From the perspective of the state development power chain, state development depends on an effective national strategy, scientific governance capabilities, and the orderly interaction between the government, the society, and the market.
