Practical Connotations,Significant Characteristics,and Insights from Silk Road Oasis Cultural Integration for Contemporary Inter-Ethnic Communication
In the context of fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation needs to be tangible,sensible,and effective for intellectuals with certain knowledge,who can understand the meaning of the community for the Chinese nation through the vertical dimensions of the history of the exchanges,interactions,and integration among various ethnic groups,and the history of the Chinese nation.However,the content is often too remote and the narratives are too grand,making it difficult for the general public to understand and accept.In response,the paper focuses on the realistic scenarios of folkloric integration among various ethnic groups along the Oasis Silk Road,taking material folklore closely related to people's daily lives as the entry point,such as the exchange and integration of clothes and ornaments,the diversity and sharing of dietary customs,the borrowing and innovation of residential customs,and the evolution and interoperability of transportation customs.Through a horizontal perspective,it examines the deep integration of various ethnic groups at the levels of production,livelihood,emotions and spirituality.On this basis,it proposes leveraging the vividness,daily nature,intuitiveness,and folk nature of the integration of clothing,food,shelter,and transportation,thereby illustrating that exchanges must be grounded in these aspects of daily life to live through exchanges;communication must be grounded in these aspects to learn from each other through communication;and integration must be grounded in these aspects to coexist through integration.Finally,only based on deepening integration can we build a community for the Chinese nation and promote the return of ethnic exchanges,interactions,and integration to the nature of life.
