摘要
近些年来,人工智能"复活"逝者及其引发的社会问题引起公众普遍关注和讨论.基于人工智能技术建构的虚拟生命可以在一定程度上满足人们试图保持与逝者沟通交流的愿望,但也会引发深刻的伦理风险.虚拟生命的应用可能侵犯逝者隐私和尊严,也存在不当使用以及恶意使用的风险.同时,虚拟生命可能影响用户的心理健康,阻碍用户完成一个成功的悲伤过程,技术方面的因素也可能使用户反复受到伤害.包括政府管理部门、科技企业、科技工作者与用户在内的所有利益相关者应当各尽其责,共同努力防范虚拟生命的伦理风险.
Abstract
In recent years,artificial intelligence(AI)has been applied to"resurrect"the deceased,which has garnered widespread public attention and discussion.Virtual life based on AI can,to some extent,satisfy people's desire to maintain communication with the deceased,but it also causes significant ethical risks.The application of virtual life may infringe on the privacy and dignity of the deceased,and carries risks of misuse or malicious use.Additionally,virtual life may impact the psychological health of users and hinder them from completing the grieving process.Technical factors may also repeatedly hurt the user emotionally.All stakeholders,including government regulators,technology companies,technology professionals,and users,should each take their respective responsibilities and work together to prevent the ethical risks associated with virtual life.
