Anomie and Return:Clarification of Technical Design
Design,a form of practical activity for humans to create technological artefacts,has guided many researchers to focus on the full description of technological complexity within the "empirical turn" of the philosophy of technology. Technology design has become a key pathway to unlocking the black box of technology and provides an important perspective to analyze and solve technology alienation. However,beyond a merely "instrumental" understanding of technical design,it also holds rich ontological connotations. In its practical development,technical design also faces internal and external challenges,such as "human bounded rationality" and "multiple value conflicts",which have led to serious anomic phenomena in the process of technical design in technology development. Starting from the internal structure of technical design,this paper gives an insight into the manifestations and causes of technical design anomie,puts forward the return to technical design from ethics and democracy and releases the guiding value of the sound development principles in the chain of human-design-technology-world.
