Public celebration and communication focused on political ceremonies can transform corrective understanding into forms that individuals find appealing,and enable individuals to develop a correct perception of the community of the Chinese nation. The process connects all social classes and lays a foundation for fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation. For individuals,political ceremonies provide a unified identity,common emotional bonds,a sacred central figure,and a centre of real consensus,all of which guide embodied practices that foster the sense of the Chinese national community. On this basis,political ceremonies provide the "maximum common divisor" for shared identity,provide a domain for integrating "individual-community",create a "virtual presence" consensus,and give an answer to "where we came from". In fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,political ceremonies maintain internal solidarity. Through political ceremonies,the collective memory of the sense of community for the Chinese nation is directly strengthened through the establishment of a platform for proclamation,the identification of identity boundaries,the holistic development of discipline,and the acquisition of a sense of "belonging to the same community".
