摘要
目的 分析红河州心电网络建设3年来取得的成效,为创建区域性、规范化的心电网络提供参考和借鉴.方法 本文就2019-2022年红河州心电网络的建设过程、建设成效、对基层医疗机构的帮扶及患者受益等方面进行回顾性分析,总结建设前后的成效和经验.结果 红河州心电网络中心建设,实现了医院内、区域内心电诊断的同质化、规范化,确保心电数据集中存储、统一质控,使心电诊断高质高效安全有序.结论 红河州心电网络的建设实现"基层检查、上级诊断",让区域内心血管疾病患者获得及时、优质的心电诊断服务,弥补了基层医疗机构心电诊断人才短缺、诊断能力不足等短板,提升了基层医疗机构的服务能力和效率,值得各地推广借鉴.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the results of the construction of ECG network in Honghe Prefecture in the past three years so as to provide reference for the creation of regional and standardized ECG network.Methods This paper retrospectively analyzed the construction process and resultsassistance to primary medical institutions and patient benefits of the ECG network in Honghe Prefecture from 2019 to 2022,and summarized the results and experiences before and after construction.Results The construction of the ECG network center in Honghe Prefecture had realized the homogenization,standardization of ECG diagnosis in hospitals and regions,ensured the centralized storage of ECG data and unified quality control,and made high-quality,efficient,safe and orderly of ECG diagnosis.Conclusions The construction of ECG network in Honghe Prefecture realizes the seamless docking of"grassroots examination and superior diagnosis",so that reginal patients with CVD can obtain timely and high-quality ECG diagnosis services,make up for the shortcomings of ECG diagnosis talents and insufficient diagnostic capabilities in primary medical institutions,and improve the medical service capacity and efficiency of primary medical institutions,which is worthy of promotion and reference in various places.
