Analysis on 36 cases of balloon dilatation choledochotomy via cystic duct under laparoscope
Objective To analyze the effect of balloon dilatation via the cystic duct inlet in the treatment of common bile duct secondary choledocholithiasis. Methods A total of 80 patients with secondary choledocholithiasis treated in our hospital from January 2018 to November 2021 were retrospectively included as the research subjects.According to the surgical approach, they were divided into the balloon dilation group(36 cases)and the microincision group(44 cases),all patients in the balloon dilatation group underwent balloon dilation choledochotomy via the cystic duct inlet under laparoscope, all patients in the microincision group underwent choledochotomy by using choledochoscope via the cut after a microincision of the common bile duct. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage volume, hospital stay, incidence rate of the complications and operation satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The patients of two groups completed the operation successfully. There was no statistical significance in the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage volume, incidence rate of the complications and operation satisfaction between the two groups after operation(P>0.05).The hospital stay in balloon dilation group was significantly shorter than that in the microincision group(P<0.05).Conclusions balloon dilatation choledochotomy via cystic duct under laparoscope has the advantages of short hospital stay, high patient satisfaction and less complications, which is worthy of popularization and application.
