Kinesophobia in patients after PCI and its impact on prognosis
Objective To explore the current situation of kinesophobia in patients undergoing elective PCI and its impact on prognosis. Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent elective PCI in our hospital from September 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into normal group and intervention group, and the status of kinesophobia was recorded. After that, the normal group did not took measures, and the intervention group filled in the kinesophobia scale again after psychological intervention and health education, which made the difference of kinesophobia of patients in the normal group and intervention group. The length of hospitalization time of patients in the two groups was recorded, and the survival and MACE occurrence of patients were followed up,and evaluated the quality of life of patients. Results After the intervention, the scores of the four dimensions of TSK-Heart-C and the total scores were were statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of hospitalization in control group was significantly longer than that in intervention group(P<0.05),and the incidence of MACE was significantly higher than that in intervention group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life in the intervention group was significantly better than that in the normal group(P<0.05).Conclusions The intervention of kinesophobia in patients undergoing elective PCI can reduce length of hospitalizatio, improve the survival of patients within one year and MACE occurrence, and help patients improve their quality of life.
