目的 研讨Hs-cTnT、BNP水平与ACS患者住院转归的相关性.方法 选取曲靖市第一人民医院2022年1月-2022年12月收住的ACS患者1185例作为研究组,选取同期收住的1000名非器质性心脏病患者作为对照组.采集患者基线资料和临床转归情况,对比2组患者血清Hs-cTnT、BNP测值的差异.结果 研究组Hs-cTnT、BNP测值均高于对照组(0.07 ±0.01 VS51.12±3.21,P＜0.05);研究组中不稳定心绞痛、ST段抬高心梗、非ST段抬高心梗三个亚组间临床不良转归与血清BNP测值存在相关性(1％VS1％VS1％,P＜0.05).Hs-cTnT测值在ST段抬高心肌梗死与非ST段抬高心肌梗死预后理想与预后不理想亚组间存在相关性(0.023 VS 0.009,P＜0.05);而不稳定心绞痛预后理想与预后不理想组间血清Hs-cTnT测值无显著性差异(0.062,P＞0.05)o结论 血清Hs-cTnT、BNP对ACS患者的疾病严重程度、预后转归具有良好的预测价值,两者联合应用价值更高,血清BNP测值的转归预测价值更高.
Exploring the correlation between hospitalization outcomes and Hs-cTnT and BNP levels in ACS patients
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum levels of highly sensitive troponin T(Hs-cTnT)and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and hospitalization outcomes in ACS patients.Methods A total of 1185 ACS patients admitted to Qujing First People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research group,and 1000 non-organic heart disease patients admitted duringthe same period were selected as the control group.Collected baseline data and clinical outcomes of the patients,and compared the differences in serum Hs-cTnT and BNP measurements between the two groups of patients.Results The Hs-cTnT and BNP measurements in the research group were higher than those in the control group(0.07±0.01 VS 51.12±3.21,P＜0.05);In the research group,there was a correlation between the clinical adverse outcomes of unstable angina pectoris,ST segment elevation myocardial infarction and non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction measurements among the three subgroups and serum BNP(1％VS1％,P＜0.05).There was a correlation between the Hs-cTnT measurement values in the subgroups of ST segment elevation myocardial infarction and non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction with ideal and poor prognosis(0.023 VS 0.009,P＜0.05);There was no significant difference in serum Hs-cTnT values between the groups with ideal and poor prognosis for unstable angina(0.062,P＞0.05).Conclusions Serum Hs-cTnT and BNP have good predictive value for disease severity and prognosis in ACS patients,and their combined value is higher.Serum BNP measurements have higher predictive value for prognosis.
