Objective To compare the therapeutic effect difference of the acupuncture therapy and western medicine in the treatment of sleep disorder after stroke.Methods The enrolled patients were randomly divided into acupuncture group and drug group.The acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture therapy.The drug group was treated with fluoxetine dispersive tablets.After treatment,PAQI score and serum 5-HT level were used to evaluate the efficacy.Results 1.The acupuncture therapy can effectively reduce PSQI score;2.The effective rate of acupuncture group was higher than that of the drug group at the end of treatment;3.Acupuncture therapy can effectively regulated the imbalance of 5-HT and TH1/TH2 inflammatory cytokines for patients with sleep disorders after stroke;4.Acupuncture therapy can effectively improve nerve defects in stroke patients.Conclusions The Acupuncture therapy can effectively improve the sleep condition of patients with sleep disorders after stroke and the efficacy is better than fluoxetine.
