Discussion on grass-roots practice and improvement path of medical social work in Qujing
Objective To discuss the practice dilemma and development path of medical social work at grassroots level.Methods This paper took the medical social work of Qujing Municipal First People's Hospital as a sample,took the doctor-patient relationship as an entry point,and deeply analyzed the difficulties and value of the medical social work in the medical service of the hospital from four dimensions:doctor-patient cooperation mechanism,in-hospital management mechanism,out-hospital support and macro environment of medical social work.Results Medical social workers had remarkable effects in the aspects of psychological stress reduction,health promotion and resource linking for the service objects,which further promoted the close integration and development of medical social work and medical health services.Conclusions Medical social work is an important measure to improve the construction of the service system inside and outside the hospital,innovate the service model,expand the localized vocational space and promote the rapid development of health service at the grassroots level.
