目的 评估腔镜一体化手术室应用于普通外科临床教学的效果.方法 选取2020年10月-2021年9月在本院临床实习、规培、进修的学员80名(男37名、女43名,年龄18~26岁、平均22±1.3岁).随机分一体化组和传统组各40名.均在4周内完成急性阑尾炎、腹外疝、胆囊结石等普通外科常见多发病学习,采用闭卷及开卷方式考核,考核内容包括:基础理论(30分)、入院记录(40分)、临床解剖知识(30分)共100分.结果 一体化组总平均分、临床解剖知识平均分均高于传统组(90.2±1.5 VS85.4±2.1、25.5±0.9 VS 19.2±1.1,P<0.05),基础理论和入院记录得分2组间差异无统计学意义(22.2±1.3 VS21.3±1.6、78.4±2.5 VS 80.1±3.2,P>0.05).结论 腔镜一体化手术室应用于普通外科临床教学有更好的效果,临床解剖学的教学效果尤其明显.
Exploration of the application of endoscopic integrated operating room in general surgery teaching
Objective To evaluate the effect of the application of integrated endoscopic operating room in clinical teaching of general surgery.Methods It selected 80 students(37 males and 43 females,aged 18-26,with an average of 22±1.3)for clinical practice,training and further education in our hospital from October 2020 to September 2021.They were randomly divided into integration group and traditional group with 40 members each.Within 4 weeks,they completed the study of common surgical complications such as acute appendicitis,external abdominal hernia,and gallbladder stones,using both closed and open book assessment methods.The assessment content included:basic theory(30 points),admission records(40 points),and clinical anatomy knowledge(30 points),totaling 100 points.Results The total average score and clinical anatomy knowledge average score of the integrated group were higher than those of the traditional group(90.2±1.5 VS 85.4±2.1,25.5±0.9 VS 19.2±1.1,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in basic theory and admission record scores(22.2±1.3 VS 21.3±1.6,78.4±2.5 VS 80.1±3.2,P>0.05).Conclusions The application of endoscopic integrated operating room has better effect in the clinical teaching of general surgery,especially in the teaching of clinical anatomy.
