The co-training of talents drives the high-quality development of hospitals
Objective Excellent talents are the most valuable resources for the survival and development of large comprehensive public hospitals,which must be introduced and trained in multiple levels and dimensions.Methods This article reviewed the literature and combined with the actual situation of the hospital,introduced the methods,effects and experience of"talent co-training mode"to break through the bottleneck of training management talents,scientific research talents,clinical talents and information talents.Results It is found that the"talent co-training mode"has good effects,short cycles and low costs.It is an important starting point for rapidly changing the the incomplete categories,total amount and quality of talents in prefecture-level three-level public hospitals,which is worth further research and application.Conclusions As a prefecture-level three-level public hospital,multiple measures must be taken simultaneously to cultivate and retain talents,in order to improve the overall medical service level of the hospital.
