目的 探究营养一体化管理模式下夜间加餐对肝硬化患者血清白蛋白和血清前白蛋白的影响.方法 选取本院2022年5月-2022年11月收住超15 d的肝硬化患者62例,随机分加餐组31例,营养风筛阳性后纳入营养一体化管理并给予夜间加餐;对照组31例,仅在营养风筛阳性后纳入营养一体化管理.入院第二日检测空腹血清白蛋白、血清前白蛋白并与15日后复查结果对比.结果 2组患者的血清白蛋白、前白蛋白均较治疗前改善(加餐组31.76±5.21 VS 38.46±3.52、85.18± 36.72 VS 157.82±24.62;对照组 31.74±5.57 VS 35.69±3.77、85.79±37.68 VS 135.53±25.82;P<0.05),加餐组改善程度优于对照组(38.46±3.52 VS 35.69±3.77;157.82±24.62 VS 135.53±25.82;P<0.05).结论 营养一体化管理模式下给予肝硬化住院患者夜间加餐,可更显著改善患者的营养状况.
Effect of night meal on nutritional status of patients with cirrhosis under integrated nutrition management mode
Objective To investigate the effect of night meal on serum albumin and serum prealbumin in cirrhotic patients under integrated nutrition management mode.Methods A total of 62 patients with cirrhosis who were admitted to our hospital for more than 15 days from May 2022 to November 2022 were selected in this study,31 patients were randomly divided into the dietary supplement group.After the positive nutritional wind screen,they were included in the integrated nutrition management and given extra meals at night.The control group of 31 cases was included in the integrated nutrition management only after the positive nutritional wind screening.The levels of fasting serum albumin and serum prealbumin were tested on the second day of admission,and the results were compared with those of re-check 15 days later.Results The levels of serum albumin and serum prealbumin of patients in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment(dietary supplement group were 31.76±5.21 VS 38.46±3.52,85.18±36.72 VS 157.82±24.62,and control group were 31.74±5.57 VS 35.69±3.77,85.79±37.68 VS 135.53±25.82;all P<0.05).The improvement of dietary supplement group was better than that in the control group(38.46±3.52 VS 35.69±3.77;157.82±24.62 VS 135.53±25.82;all P<0.05).Conclusions Night meal can significantly improve the nutritional status of hospitalized patients with cirrhosis under the integrated nutrition management model.
