以培养目标为导向的临床教师带教能力评价及提升研究

目的 促进师资队伍培养和教学质量持续改进.方法 在承担多所不同医学院校教学任务的附属医院开展研究,分析教学对象的培养目标并针对性实施带教能力提升计划,对提升前后的带教能力进行评价和对比分析.结果 师资培训实施后教师带教能力显著提升,但是教学查房仍然是教学能力的短板和今后改进的重点.结论 以培养目标为导向优化师资培训体系和课程设置能够显著提升带教能力,教学对象的期望影响对教师带教能力的评价,培养目标分析是针对性提升带教能力的重要参考.
Research on evaluation and improvement of clinical teachers'teaching ability based on teaching goals
Objective To promote the training of teachers and the continuous improvement of teaching quality.Methods This study was carried out in the affiliated hospital that undertakes teaching tasks in many different medical schools and colleges,analyzed the training goal and implemented accordingly the teaching ability improvement plan,evaluated and compared the teaching ability before and after the promotion.Results After the implementation of teacher training,teacher's teaching ability had improved significantly,but teaching rounds were still the shortcomings of teaching ability and the focus of improvement in the future.Conclusions The goal-oriented optimization of teacher training system and curriculum can significantly improve teaching ability.The expectation of teaching objects affects the evaluation of teacher's teaching ability,and the analysis of training objectives is an important reference for targeted improvement of teaching ability.
