CD40基因多态性与高血压性心脏病的相关性分析

目的 本研究旨在探究CD40两个SNP位点rs4810485和rs1883832的多态性是否与HHD的遗传易感性有关.方法 采用PCR-RFLP方法对CD40基因的rs4810485和rs1883832 SNP位点进行基因分型.结果 CD40基因rs4810485的GG基因型和G等位基因在高血压性心脏病中显著增高,G等位基因为高血压性心脏病的易感基因.结论 GG基因型在HHD中显著增高,G等位基因为HHD的易感基因.
Analysis on the correlation analysis between CD40 gene polymorphism and hypertensive heart disease
Objective The aim of this study was to investigate whether polymorphisms in two SNPS of CD40,rs4810485 and rs1883832,are associated with genetic susceptibility to HHD.Methods rs4810485 and rs1883832 SNPS of CD40 gene were genotyped by PCR-RFLP.Results The GG genotype of CD40 gene rs4810485 and the G allele were significantly increased in hypertensive heart disease,and the G allele was a susceptibility gene for hypertensive heart disease.Conclusions The GG genotype is significantly increased in HHD,and the G allele is the susceptibility gene for HHD.
