Objective To analyze the gender,age,regional distribution,disease type and other characteristics of malignant tumors hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Dali University,so as to provide basis for the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors.Methods It selected the inpatient medical records of malignant tumor from May 8,2018 to September 30,2021 for statistical analysis.Results The average age of male patients with malignant tumor was higher than that of females;Malignant tumor inpatients in Dali Prefecture accounted for 84％,with Dali City accounted for the largest proportion;The top three ethnic groups of malignant tumor patients were Han,Bai,and Yi;In the research data,the top ten diseases of malignant tumor inpatients were lung cancer,rectal cancer,ovarian cancer,gastric cancer,primary liver cancer,breast cancer,colon cancer,endometrial cancer,pancreatic cancer and cervical cancer.Conclusions There are differences in gender,age,region and disease type among the tumor patients in our hospital.
