Objective To investigate the anti-infective treatment of carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae(CRKP).Methods The cases of CRKP detected in hospitalized patients in our hospital from February 2020 to June 2021 were reviewed,we used SPSS software to compare the changes of body temperature and infection markers in CRKP patients before and after treatment, combined with the patient's clinical condition, analyzed and evaluated the treatment plan and efficacy. Results 59 patients with CRKP infection were enrolled in the study,ceftazidime/avibactam,tigacycline,compound sulfamethoxazole and polymyxin were the most sensitive drugs in drug susceptibility tests. The main treatment option was tigecycline-based combination therapy, and the effective rate was 72.88%.The body temperature, white blood cells, percentage of neutrophils and hypersensitive C-reactive protein of the patients were significantly decreased before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment. Conclusions The patients in our hospital were treated with tigacycline combined regimen, and the effect was satisfactory.
