Analysis on the application of Modix in the diagnosis of liver metastases
Objective To retrospectively analyze the magnetic resonance imaging characteristics of Gd-BOPTA in the diagnosis of ring-enhanced liver metastases. Methods 14 cases diagnosed as liver metastases by Gd-BOPTA and 12 cases diagnosed asliver metastases by Gd-DTPA were selected as experimental group and control group respectively. The diagnostic coincidence rate and MRI enhancement expression of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in the diagnostic coincidence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).In the experimental group, the contrast agent filling rate in the central area of the lesions in HBP was 93%.There was no significant difference in the sharpness score of the lesions in each phase between the two groups(P>0.05).The sharpness score of the lesions in the HBP of the experimental group was significantly different from that in other phases(P<0.05);There was statistically significant difference in the mean value of signal intensity at each stage between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions Gd-BOPT can improve the diagnostic coincidence rate, but it has no significant difference with Gd-DTPA.Although the proportion of contrast agent filling in HBP tumor central region is high,it can not be used as a specific sign for the diagnosis of liver metastasis.
