Expression and clinical value of WT1 gene in acute leukemia
Objective To study and analyze WT 1 gene expression in newly diagnosed acute leukemia patients and explore its clinical significance.Methods 145 newly diagnosed patients with acute leukemia in The First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from January 2021 to December 2022 were collected as experimental group,and 69 newly diagnosed non-leukemia patients in the same period as control group.WT 1 gene expression in bone marrow samples of patients was detected by RT-PCR.Results WT1 gene expression quality were significantly different between the experimental and the control groups(P＜0.05);There were no significant differences in sex,age and WT 1 gene expression quality(P＞0.05);There were significant differences in low-risk,intermediate-risk and high-risk groups(P＜0.05).Conclusions WT 1 gene is highly expressed in newly diagnosed patients with acute leukemia and can be used as evaluation indicator of clinical treatment and prognosis.
