Chemokine receptor ccr7 of different types lung cancer cell
Objective To investigate the role of chemokine receptor CCR7 of different types lung cancer.Methods A total of 59 NSCLC patients treated in our hospital from 2019-2023were selected as the study subjects,and Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of CCR7 in lung cancer tissues of different regions and pathological types.SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.Results Immunohistochemical:The expression of CCR7 in lung cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal lung tissues.there was the CCR7 expression in different regions and pathological types of lung cancer tissues.The CCR7 expression increased significantly in xuanwei and gejiu of lung cancer tissue than other areas of lung cancer tissue,Difference was statistically significant.The expression of CCR7 between Xuanwei and Gejiu region was no obvious difference.The expression of CCR7 was related to lymph node metastasis,which is not related to the pathological type of lung cancer.Conclusions CCR7 expression had regional differences,and its expression was related to lymph node metastasis,which is not related to the pathological type of lung cancer.
